I am super excited because I just got a brand new 2007 Nissan Altima and it is the coolest thing I think I've ever driven!!! It's my first brand new car that I've ever had and it's loaded with all the trimmings cept for leather but that gets too hot anyway here in Sunny FL. Ethan likes it too, both times he's ridden in it he's fallen asleep so it must be a smooth ride! The only part I don't like about the new car and Ethan is that my rear view mirror for him so that I can see him wouldn't fit on the back of his seat now. It's not so bad though because in about 4 months (I can't believe it's only 4 months away) he will be 1 year old and he can be switched to forward facing. I'm hoping to get the Britax carseat by the time he is that old though so that he will be an even more safe Booga. Oh well we are going to eat dinner at Tijuan Flats so I may blog more laters!

Hmmm what to say about today....Today was interesting and full of fun. It started out this morning at 6am when Ethan decided to wake up and play, mind you Doug and I didn't go to bed until about 11pm after I got home from the dogtrack where I lost like $30 ugh, that's a whole other story that I don't wanna go into. So after Ethan got up I brought him in bed with us and he slept in until 830am which isn't that late but it was better than 6am. After we were up and Ethan was fed we watched a really stupid movie called Norbit and everybody I talked to said it's so hilarious but I just thought it was dumb. Around 11am we got up off our duffs and took showers and got dressed and waited for Uncle Wayne to come over. We were going to St. Augustine but then it got really dark outside and started to rain so that was out. So we decided to go to Dave and Busters, which was super fun and I won two jackpots, one of em was for 100 tickets which wasn't that big of a deal and then one for 1000 tickets which was awesome. I won Ethan a teddy bear and then just got some candy for Wayne and Doug. After D&B we were going to look for like a Mom and Pop ice cream parlor but we drove all around Jacksonville and couldn't find one so we headed back to Orange Park. I don't know how we did it, but we ended up at the Nissan dealership and test drove an Altima and it was cool but I wanted to check out a few more cars before we settled on one so we then went to the Toyota dealership and test drove a Camry. We really liked the Camry and the Altima so we sat down with Toyota and talked numbers but we couldn't decide so Doug's going to go to the Nissan dealership tomorrow and see if we can get a better deal. Either way I don't care which one and it really wouldn't be that big of a deal if I just kept my xB but I do like both of those cars. Well, Ethan I think is teething and nothing I seem to give him is working. I am even using a cool teething lotion that my friend/coworker Lisa brought me from a pharmacy that she used to go to in GA. I am worn out from car shopping with a baby so I think I am going to go ahead and call it a night, gotta get up early in the morning to make it to work by 9am. K Bye!
