We had sooo much fun this weekend! We took Ethan to the beach on Saturday for the first time and he absolutely loved the water. We already knew he loved the water because we can never get him out of the bath or the pool but I wasn't sure quite how he would do with the waves and such but he loved it. He didn't even mind when the waves splashed him in the face. He giggled and talked to the shells. Daddy gave him a big shell that he scooped up the sand with. I felt bad because we forgot his shovel and pail so the didn't have improvise, but I guess he kind of used his imagination so that was cool! I am such a scaredy cat though, I didn't let him stay out in the water with me for very long because I'm kept feeling like something was crawling on me and there were sharks swimming around so we stayed in the very shallow water a lot a played. I think it was better for Ethan that way anyway so he didn't have to be attached to my hip the whole time, which he usually is anyway lol. But anyways, here's some pics from the beach.
